Danielle saved my life! This morning, I was driving on a flat tire. I went to Coastal at 7:30 a.m. , but the sign said that their new hours during the pandemic started at 8: This morning, I was driving on a flat tire. I went to Coastal at 7:30 a.m. , but the sign said that their new hours during the pandemic started at 8:00 a.m. only. I started to turn around and leave, but then I heard someone yelling behind me and saw Danielle chasing after my car. She was telling me to stop because my tire was completely flat (I thought it was just low....). She took me in early and everything was managed with wipe-downs to the car, several times, key not even being touched but put by me directly in a plastic baggie, spotless waiting area, etc. I felt safe and cared for. They had my tire in stock and I was out of there before 9 a.m. I am fortunate indeed that people like Danielle go OVER and ABOVE always, not only during a pandemic. Thank you Danielle and Coastal!
