I drove an hour and a half each way in a rental to buy it after my new Kia got rear-ended and totaled (a kid texting behind the wheel in an offroader hit me doing 55+mph). Several other dealerships tack on $1,000 if you don't finance there, then charge $700+ in doc and other fees on top of that, so read the fine print online first, folks. Then drive down to Coastal instead. FYI: the same Ford Fusion with the same mileage on it, plus the same Navigation and heated seats, is $5,000 more everywhere else in my neck of the woods, even beyond the ridiculous addon nonsense. This sale was a no-brainer, and everyone was super nice, professional and fast on top of it. Five stars! More

Nice Experience, No Pressure Was going there to look at a New '19 Golf Sportwagen (they had the best price of 4 dealerships with a fast answer) vs. a CPO '15 Golf Sportwagen TDI. Was going there to look at a New '19 Golf Sportwagen (they had the best price of 4 dealerships with a fast answer) vs. a CPO '15 Golf Sportwagen TDI. When I noticed they had 2 CPO '18 PASSAT Gets in stock I added that to my list. Drove the 3 different cars, spent quite a while analizing all #s and pros & cons on my own, then took a second drive in the GT. On a strictly $$ & features analysis the new car was the best deal. But even though you can't get much discount on a fairly priced used car, I bought the '18 Passat GT V6 for comfort and fun! More

Will be taking my car to another service station I was not happy with my experience at Coastal. I had brought my car in for an oil change and because I was getting water in the drivers side. Water wa I was not happy with my experience at Coastal. I had brought my car in for an oil change and because I was getting water in the drivers side. Water was accumulating in the storage container on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. When I picked up my car the water was still in the container, no one emptied it out after fixing the problem. Not sure how they could tell it still wasn’t leaking if they didn’t empty it to begin with. Also I was told that if I had brought it in on my 30,000 check it would have been found. I had 32,000 miles on my car that day. I also had to tell them I did have my 30,000 check done only I had done it early at 26,000. It hadn’t been found at that visit. I also felt pressure to have other things done to my car that day. I had told the person on the phone the day I made the appt that I was just having oil change and having the water issue dealt with. He went on to offer tires and the fuel injector flush and I said I could not have those done at present. The day I dropped it off I was offered the above again and then received a video offering the same. I felt I was being pressured and did not feel comfortable with this hard sell. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on Regards Michelle Gula More
