It was TERRIBLE I waited 1.5 hrs for a loaner car which I was told would be there for me, it wasn’t and the service person I was dealing with LEFT FOR THE DAY without I waited 1.5 hrs for a loaner car which I was told would be there for me, it wasn’t and the service person I was dealing with LEFT FOR THE DAY without letting me know the loaner still was NOT AVAILABLE! This was at 515pm........they close at 530!! I took my car and left! I was never contacted by ANYONE the next day about the repairs that needed to be done,( not that I would have gone back there anyway). I took my car to another VW dealership that night and I got a loaner and my repairs without ANY ISSUES!!! Coastal also didn’t mention that my car needed 2 recalls! The customer service there is awful, I will NEVER take my car there again !!! My family owns 8 Volkswagens I will make sure none of these cars are ever serviced at coastal More

Re leasing This is my third leased vehicle with coastal Volkswagen and my experience gets better and better each visit. Evan found me the exact 2019 Tiguan I wan This is my third leased vehicle with coastal Volkswagen and my experience gets better and better each visit. Evan found me the exact 2019 Tiguan I wanted that was within my budget. The entire team was so helpful. They had the car detailed by the service department and was ready for me with a full tank of gas when I arrived. Evan was extremely knowledgeable of the Tiguan and introduced me to all of the new features. He also showed me the service department and assured me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to give them or himself a call. Everyone at coastal was very welcoming and made sure I was being helped at all times. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Volkswagen to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car and tell them to work with Evan specifically.
