Excellent experience I bought my jetta there from Richard Grant. He was very easy to work with. The finance lady Amanda was very nice as well. Bad service. I arrived at the scheduled time, was told the service would take 45 minutes, and when I came back 90 minutes later they had not even started working o I arrived at the scheduled time, was told the service would take 45 minutes, and when I came back 90 minutes later they had not even started working on my car.
