After shopping around for a couple weeks and being rejected and treated like a child, I finally found Coastal VW. I went in there pre-approved with a decent rate. From my trade-in (with negative equity) to not jerking me around with the price of the vehicle I wanted. After initially agreeing on a deal rather quickly with Ben, I was then directed to the finance manager. She was able to find me a fantastic rate, and meet every desire I had. They were also very infant-friendly and over all really good people. Coastal VW made what I thought was going to be impossible (get out of a 4 year lease after 14 months), possible. I highly recommend anybody interested in a VW new or used to go through Coastal in Hanover, MA. After horrible experiences with another local VW dealer, and others dealerships, I had almost given up, and on my way to Coastal, almost turned around and just didn't worry about trying. I'm glad I ended up going and making this possible. I'm extremely happy and have nothing but good things to say about the staff at all levels in all departments. More

A few months ago owning a Jetta outright would have been a piece of cake, but now that daycare is on the horizon I have to be a little more careful with our finances. I can't say enough about the experience I had at Coastal. Ben is very personable guy who knows his car specs (some of which went over my head). I never felt like he was talking down to me or my wife. My experience at Coastal VW was the best I have had at any dealership. I had service done on my daughters current vehicle and had such fantastic service with the mechanic and service desk I came back and any dealership. The sales rep was friendly and quite frank in terms of what he could and could not do as far as our trade-in was concerned. I had been searching the internet all over the eastern states from WV to the Atl what he could and could not do as far as our trade-in was concerned. I had been searching the internet all over the eastern states from WV to the Atlantic Ocean and from Massachusetts to Maryland for a very specific Jetta Sportswagen in terms of color and other options. He had it and his cash price for it was quite reasonable. Even with the complications of registering the vehicle in a stat other than Massachusetts, the vehicle was ready and waiting when we went to pick it up. The vehicle itself got better than the EPA estimated highway fuel mileage on the trip home at 65 mph with higher speeds at times. I'm certain it will do even better as it "loosens" up. It has less than 500 miles on the clock. Great car, great dealer experience. More
