I loved the Passat and Terrance answered all my questions and concerns. Three hours later I took my new Passat and traded my older Jetta! Easy peasy transition and i got a great deal! Terrible customer service I purchased a 2015 Golf at Coastal. I noticed when I got home that the front bumper was damaged and had to be replaced. Don't know how they didn't no I purchased a 2015 Golf at Coastal. I noticed when I got home that the front bumper was damaged and had to be replaced. Don't know how they didn't notice damage because it was inches away from license that they applied to bumper. Along with bumper repair I was also promised an inspection sticker and wheel lock key that did not come with car. When I went to picked up car the repair was done but no sticker or key. They offer lots of promises over the phone that everything will be taken care of and it isn't. More
