Not only was it a GREAT deal (~18000 for a gently used 2011 model with only 16500 miles on it, when the norm for this car was ~23000 and had MANY more miles on them), but when I called to make sure someone had not bought it, they held it for me until I was able to make it there since I was about 1 hour away. Despite the fact that they closed at 6 and we showed up around 5:20, they were happy to stay longer to show us the car, even let us test drive it, on the highway and everything. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, not putting any pressure on us to purchase the car, but simply informing us of all the features and the benefits of buying the car. Later, when signing the papers, the extra protection and warrenty options were just that - optional. The staff did not push us buy the extras, but let us decide as a family. During the test drive , the salesman, Dwight, also allowed my daughter to ride in the passenger seat so as to get a better feel for the car, rather than sitting htere for the test drive and accosting me with the car's features and reasons as to why I would buy the car. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience with this dealership and its personel and of course the product itself. Later, after returning home and checking the complementary CarFax report, we realized that the car had only been put up for sale by the dealership the day before! How fortunate we were to find such a perfect car - the right size, a great price for what it is, with such a low mileage - before it was snached up! A great experience after all is said and done, and I expect to have this VW for as long as possible (~forever) and that this will be the perfect car, just what we were looking for! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in reliable, long-lasting, efficient, generally awesome driving machines! More

After finding and test driving the Tiguan I wanted, they made me feel good about everything involved with the sale. From my trade-in (with negative equity) to not jerking me around with the price of the vehicle I wanted. After initially agreeing on a deal rather quickly with Ben, I was then directed to the finance manager. She was able to find me a fantastic rate, and meet every desire I had. They were also very infant-friendly and over all really good people. Coastal VW made what I thought was going to be impossible (get out of a 4 year lease after 14 months), possible. I highly recommend anybody interested in a VW new or used to go through Coastal in Hanover, MA. After horrible experiences with another local VW dealer, and others dealerships, I had almost given up, and on my way to Coastal, almost turned around and just didn't worry about trying. I'm glad I ended up going and making this possible. I'm extremely happy and have nothing but good things to say about the staff at all levels in all departments. More

My wife and I just had our first child and getting a low monthly payment on a spacious and reliable (not to mention attractive) car was very important. A few months ago owning a Jetta outright would have been a piece of cake, but now that daycare is on the horizon I have to be a little more careful with our finances. I can't say enough about the experience I had at Coastal. Ben is very personable guy who knows his car specs (some of which went over my head). I never felt like he was talking down to me or my wife. This is a quality dealership. I thought leasing a car was going to be a long arduous experience, I couldn't have been more wrong. More

My experience at Coastal VW was the best I have had at any dealership. I had service done on my daughters current vehicle and had such fantastic service with the mechanic and service desk I came back and any dealership.
