At Coastal, It was refreshing to be able to a) an appointment for a simple oil change online b) wait the 45 minutes in comfort for the work to be done. c) Not have to leave the vehicle at the dealership for the entire day! Had I known how efficient and pleasant the experiences are at Coastal, I would have driven the 45 minutes from Sandwich every time I needed work done. More

when i was making the appointment they hung up the phone on me before saying bye and i wasn't even done talking yet and i still had more concerns and questions. i also told them that my brake light was out on me before saying bye and i wasn't even done talking yet and i still had more concerns and questions. i also told them that my brake light was out and they said "no it's not"... but it's still out now so thanks for that i guess they didn't see the light on the dashboard or even take the time to look at the light. definitely won't come back, it looks a little immature when employees don't trust the owners concerns with their own car.
