Had a bad experience at this dealership 3 years ago. So we decided to try them again since they were local and can I tell you they turned everything around 1000%. I have been using another larger NE dealership (VW, Jeep, and Chevy) to lease my cars over the past 10 years and I have been totally converted to Coastal VW. All of the staff, especially my salesperson, Ron Nevin, were knowledgeable and friendly and seemed genuinely excited to put me in a new Atlas. I never once felt like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of like I have at other dealerships. They were easy to work with and matched the price from another VW dealership when I mentioned that I wanted to lease my car closer to home. I am sure I will be back to pick out a new Atlas in 39 months and will be recommending Coastal to anyone looking for a new VW. More
