I brought my car to be looked at on a Monday for an alarm issue. I waited while they checked it out and told me they knew what the issue was but didn’t have the part. I came back Thursday to drop my car off. issue. I waited while they checked it out and told me they knew what the issue was but didn’t have the part. I came back Thursday to drop my car off. Once they said it was complete, I got a ride back to the dealership but the issue was still happening (didn’t even have to drive the car to notice) they gave me an older model loaner. I got my car back the following Tuesday. Everyone was very nice to work with, but making 4 trips back and forth was very frustrating and was a big disturbance to my schedule. More
