Totally satisfied. There was a water leak into the interior of the car determined to be due to a backup in the sunroof drain tubes. Coastal diagnosed the problem, went the extra step to proactively interior of the car determined to be due to a backup in the sunroof drain tubes. Coastal diagnosed the problem, went the extra step to proactively replace (rather than just rout out) the drain tubes, which may have been OK for now but could have become a problem later, and replaced all the carpeting in the car, at no charge. Ryan Getzinger, the service rep, kept me up to date every step of the way, and even washed the inside of the windows when he didn't like their looks as he was handing over the car. More
