I searched for a Grand Cherokee L that specifically had the tow prep package as I intend to use it to tow as it is advertised to do so. Found it, contacted Coastline and put the deal together before I arri the tow prep package as I intend to use it to tow as it is advertised to do so. Found it, contacted Coastline and put the deal together before I arrived. Quick and easy transaction other than the high pressure finance department crap. Front bumper was damaged on delivery they said they would take care of it at a later date. Few weeks later I decide to tow a trailer. No hitch. Vehicle with tow package has no hitch. OK. I order a hitch and have it installed, entire rear bumper has to come off for hitch installation. Not cheap. Start researching tow wiring, find out vehicle does not have tow wiring harness. At all. It's an extra accessory that requires tearing apart the inside of the vehicle (in the words of Coastline parts person on phone) as the harness runs from the back all the way up to the battery and everywhere else it needs to go. In frustration, contact Jeep for help as I can't believe any modern SUV that is advertised with high towing capacity and has a towing package wouldn't have a hitch or needed wiring harness to connect to. No help, Jeep customer assistance is a joke, useless. Called Coastline for help, was told they would look into it and get back to me, never did. Called several more times, Max has told me at least 3 times now he would look into it and call me back and never has. 2 other people from Coastline have told me the same thing, no call back no help ever. I made it clear, I don't expect anything for free I already know Jeep won't do the right thing and help, just wanted to get the front bumper repaired as promised and get the vehicle set up to tow as that's the reason I bought it. Nothing, no help, no follow up. How can a modern SUV not have the wiring harness installed? I'm not talking about the trailer connector I'm talking about the entire harness needed to connect to the trailer plug and brake controller. Jeep is a joke, and Coastline is useless after the sale. Ordered a Tahoe, can't wait to get rid of this and get away from Jeep should have bought a Chevy to begin with More
Can't express enough how grateful I am to the sales team, finance dept., and managers at coastline jeep. Was able to upgrade into my dream Jeep, Rubicon 392 XR! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking into the Jeep brand. Y'all gained a loyal customer. Never completed transaction. My jeep included floor mats. The salesperson was friendly and excited and assured me that they would get the mats to me but were on back order due to supply chain issues. mats. First Impression was NOT GOOD. Walked into service center to ask a questions and all 3 service agents never acknowledged I was standing there for over several minutes. No eye contact, No hello, we will be with you in a second, NO NOTHING. No customer service train which was quite evident. At the service desk was 3 reps, 1 female and 2 males.. Finally, the lady looks up and says Do you have an appointment? They all should have acknowledge a guest/customer and said someone will be with you or how can we help you? In the hotel world those people would be fired! Finally, the lady looks up Do you have an appointment. I said no, i have a situation and was wondering if a someone could look at my tire that another Jeep Dealership up in Santa Maria rotated the tires and put my spare back in and it bumping around. She immediately said, Sorry, we are BOOKED.. This is NOT GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.; NOT SURE would return. In my business they all need retraining for firing.! More

Sarah's experience and knowledge are loyalty inspiring - no excuses, no false promises, just trustworthy time and time again performance; I choose Coastline as my absolute service center for this reason - Sarah's outstanding abilities! Also want to mention the shop crew, you don't meet or see them, but they definitely deliver! No damage to your vehicle, no returns for "worse than it was before" experiences we've all had - I give huge credit to Sarah for her communication on this level also, she works WITH the mechanics and crew - a team effort that is totally appreciated ... but I'll always choose Sarah as my Captain!
