I arrived at the Coastline Jeep before AAA tow dropped off the car on Saturday after customer service was closed, the showroom front desk person Sydney went out of her way to help me with AAA tow dropped off the car on Saturday after customer service was closed, the showroom front desk person Sydney went out of her way to help me with receiving the keys from the driver to making sure they were put in the envelope and dropped in the dropbox. Customer service rep Sarah called Monday morning and informed me she would let me know the estimate by the evening or early the next day. She called back that afternoon and informed me the car would be finished Thursday late afternoon or Friday morning. The car was finished earlier than expected on Wednesday morning. Sarah was able to deal with the warranty company with no problems. Sarah was awesome and one of the better customer reps that I have worked with at dealerships, Thank you for the fine service! More

Chargers $195.00 per hour for repairs. Had my 2014 Grand Cherokee in during a 3 month period (Oct and Jan) for check ups prior for long drives for vacations.
