Alex was helpful with us getting in the car for a test drive and communicating between the sales manager and us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle it did take some time before we completed the purch drive and communicating between the sales manager and us. I had an excellent experience at Cocoa Ford service! I especially liked the inspection video! I'm a detail kind of person...so, the video update was perfect for my use. I believe the shop supplies fees I especially liked the inspection video! I'm a detail kind of person...so, the video update was perfect for my use. I believe the shop supplies fees were too steep. I had the Works and a battery change...shop fee was $60. Fortunately, the billing folks adjusted it for me. They explained that the fee is derived from a percentage of the total cost. Logically, I had a $70+ service visit and a battery swap. $60 was too high for me. BTW, I've used this dealership since 2006... I've purchased 4 new vehicles from your dealership. The primary reason I keep coming back is the outstanding service department. Jimmy Broadwell and Mark always take great care of me and my service needs.
