Outstanding I have been to many many dealerships since obtaining my first vehicle in 1964. No one pounced on us they greeted us which I felt calmed the nervousne I have been to many many dealerships since obtaining my first vehicle in 1964. No one pounced on us they greeted us which I felt calmed the nervousness of our coming in to turn in our leaked Sonata and looking to go into a Tucson. We were informed by Jack Jemini of our options as we went through the model available. We have had our 2016 Tucson for 10 days. We could not be happier. So far our gas milage on 350 miles of city driving is 28.3 miles per gallon. Better than we expected. Thanks Jack!!!! We also received a call to find out if everything was what we expected besides Jack Jemini and informed her all was Great!!! More

Service department needs new management I would recommend the dealership for a new car but not for any service department. Mike is great. Neil in services is terrible. When I had my old Hyundai serviced they returned it dirty and even left a vapor cigarette inside which leaked oil in my console. The car was never cleaned and it was at the dealership for two months. Also the car was still unsafe to drive when returned and had to bring it back to the dealership and they wanted to keep it again.
