Chris Hurst (sales) was beyond helpful and friendly. He really made me feel appreciated and truly went above and beyond with everything! Erik Godston (finance) was so extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He explained everything I needed to know, and answered all my questions. To be honest, I normally somewhat dread the car buying experience, only because it normally takes a long time and is sort of drawn out, and I feel as if I'm trying to be talked into things I neither need nor want. But this experience was none of that! I explained what I wanted and was given just that. Both gentlemen were fast and friendly and provided amazing customer service!! I honestly couldn't ask for more. I have already praised them to friends, family, and co-workers mainly because I was just so amazed by the whole experience. I look forward to doing business with Coconut Creek Hyundai again! More
