Nelson was not going to be available until later that day so we put us in contact with Ron. Ron had the vehicle ready for the test drive when we arrived at 10 am. Ron was also very helpful, answered all of our questions and gave us the price. We were able to turn in our leased Acura TL there, make our final payments change the registration and transfer the licence plate which was convenient. Eric handled our financing, explained the details to us and answered our questions. He also told us about the Vet discount with a valid DD 214. He also explained the other options such as Basic maintenance, coverage and ""wear and tear"" coverage, ding protection etc. Again, everyone with worked with at the dealership was professional and helpful."
