"I Can't Get No Satisfaction" I trusted the finance mgr who shoved papers to sign at the rate of a mile a minute. When I looked at my papers a few days later I questioned why I nee I trusted the finance mgr who shoved papers to sign at the rate of a mile a minute. When I looked at my papers a few days later I questioned why I needed the Automotive Theft Agreement. I wanted to get an explanation of what the coverage entailed. Over a period of 3 weeks, 3 phone calls and 2 visits to the dealership with no satisfaction I finally called the the warranty company to get an explanation. According to what I was told I realized the coverage was not needed. I was the told that it would be best for me to cancel coverage at the dealership. Now, my third trip to the dealership resulted in my waiting almost 2 hours because they were still short of finance people. Finally being on the verge of screaming it was ultimately a salesperson who assisted me with the cancellation. Each time that I called or stopped in I was told I had to wait for a finance person including today. This obviously could have been handled the first time without a finance person. I feel that my salesman, Steve Diguardi, while he may not have been able to help me himself, after passing 3 or 4 times in an hour should have insisted that I be taken care of. Needless to say however, I'm so incensed I'll say it anyway, I would not consider purchasing another vehicle from Coconut Creek Hyundai, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Customer satisfaction?? I don't think they ever heard the term! More

We appreciated Mike taking the time to help find the exact vehicle we wanted (and sharing the realities for features we want but may be hard to get, like a tow package on the Limited), for letting us take car out for a test drive a few times and for spending the time to help us get accustomed to all the new features. As well working with Nadine was a pleasant experience, sharing her input and advice as to the additional services and warranties available without a "hard sell". More
