Mixed Feelings Rodrigo was GREAT scored a 10 across the board!!!..I would recommend this dealership ..even given the fact the service department has blown me off in Rodrigo was GREAT scored a 10 across the board!!!..I would recommend this dealership ..even given the fact the service department has blown me off in regard to getting the paint sealer kit applied to my car ( kit was provided at time of purchase ) I called on 10/6/2015 to make an appointment..since I need a loaner I was told it will take some time ..it is now 10/22...16 days later ..still have not heard a word from the service department ( gave them 2 phone numbers... 0 phone calls ) MIND BOGGLING !!!!!.. The service department is the reason why I gave an 8 overall instead of 10.The service department is also the reason for the 2 star rating for Customer Service above ^ .. NOT Rodrigo Otoni More
