I walked into the dealership on Monday knowing what model I wanted and features I was looking for before hand... and brought my game face ready for a negotiation. But, my sales rep Jack Jemini found the exac I wanted and features I was looking for before hand... and brought my game face ready for a negotiation. But, my sales rep Jack Jemini found the exact car with everything I wanted within only a few minutes. I was so thrown back by the speed and the incredible price, that I needed time to be sure I was not dreaming. There was no pressure and in fact he gave me his personal cell phone number to call when I was ready. I went home to discuss with family and called Jack much later that evening and informed him I wanted the car and he had it ready for me the very next day right after I got off work. He even surprised me with a car that had hundreds of dollars worth of extra features I didn't expect at the price he promised the day earlier. So cool! I love my new Tucson SE and now Hyundai of Coconut Creek has a new loyal customer. I could not be happier with how the staff at the dealership treated me and my family. :) More
