I worked with Mike Colon initially thru emails and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the features in the car and the pricing. The sales experience and initial visit was pleasant. I was going back and forth between calling him And the lease company several times in one week begging for a resolution. I finally opened a formal case through Hyundai corporate because the finance manager would not give me the confidence or assurance my issue was resolved and wouldn't return my emails/call. I even left a message with the general manager telling him how displeased I was with the incident to which he never contacted me back. I will never buy a Hyundai nor any vehicle from this location and I make sure to let people know the poor experience I had. More
