Coconut Creek Hyundai

Two years ago I bought an Accent and since that day I became a Coconut Creek Dealer fan, the salesman (German Vanegas) or my service advisor (Carl Payne) are excellent on customer service. My first contact with Coconut Creek Hyundai was about a week after I had hip replacement surgery. I wanted a larger car than the Civic I was driving, and an automatic shift instead of the manual. I needed to scope out cars to see if I would fit comfortably. But I wasn't even allowed to drive at that point to do a test drive, and was walking with the assistance of a walker. Rod Mesch was so friendly, and answered all my questions (and volunteered useful information) despite that I was not going to buy immediately. All the other dealers (I was looking at Honda, Toyota, and Nissan in addition to Hyundai) were put off by my situation. When it was time to buy, I went to Coconut Creek Hyundai first. Rod was busy that day, so we were handled by German Venegas. Like Rod, he could not have been easier to deal with. I felt no pressure, just honest exchanges of information, and his manager approved our bid quickly. He made the sale, and was exceptional at getting us through the rest of the process and educating us on the technology of the new Sonata (it had been ten years since our last car purchase). While paperwork was being processed, we were also led through the dealership by Mary Ellen DeVault, customer service rep, to see the service area, business offices, and other services that we will rely on for the life of the car. She was expert at making us feel welcome and comfortable with this purchase and our future dealings with the company. We are very happy to have made this connection, and look forward to enjoying our new Hyundai Sonata. More

I have owned 2 Hyundais so far and was researching my third. I arrived at the dealership and German Vanegas greeted me and took me around and showed me the various options I had looked at online. He showed me the exact car I wanted and then gave me all our finance/leasing options. He was informative, honest, helpful and very patient. I stated my price range, trade in, and rebate options and he worked with me on getting the exact deal I wanted. I ended up taking my dream car home that night. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. He also waited until I was done in the finance office and took the time to explain the bluetooth and bluelink features and all the other features my new Sonata has. I had purchased at this dealership before and had had a good experience but German was very nice and took good care of me. I will continue to make the trek from Miami to Coconut Creek because it is worth it. I would recommend German V. to anyone looking for a new car and I would recommend Hyundai as a brand as well. More
