I will start by saying that in all my years of buying cars, I have never before been so comfortable with a car salesperson. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. When I needed to return the day after because I left something in my car I traded, Chuck took about 30 minutes with me to explain all the buttons and features again with me. I got the best deal with no stress! I could not have asked for a better experience and I would and will recommend this dealership and Chuck Albertus to everyone I know. More

I am very happy with the way the sales rep Stanley Marchena handled the transaction. He was patient and very professional. He could not find the model I wanted , so ge brought in for me. This is the 2nd Sonata for me and I have helped the dealer with the sale of 4 other Sonatas from my friends. The only negative comment I have is that the steering seems to be very loose unlike my previous Sonata. I don't have as much road feel and I intend to have it checked out. On a positive note the car seems smoother and quieter than the previous one. The stereo is awesome. I feel that the Hyndai is a great value . Scott Imberman More
