Long day, but great experience I arrived 2.5 hours early for Ron. Denise helped show us the cars and get things started. After test driving 2 cars, the decision was made. Ron checked on us regularly. The gentleman that came out in the end to make it happen was very sweet and accommodating. The pleasant woman that did our financing helped the long day end without the frustration and anxiety that usually happens in the finance office after a tired and stressful day with large expenses. More of the Same We previously bought an Elantra through Coconut Creek Hyundai, and were drawn to the dealership this day through a promotion that was sent to us. We felt that we had to work too hard to get the deal we were hoping for based on the advertisement, and you never came close to the amount stated in the ad, (not even close). We were hoping since we were previous customers and we knew exactly what we wanted, and we had a True Car price that it wouldn't have taken 3 trips to the managers office to approve the deal. We were also disappointed in the way we had to walk around the parking garage to try and locate the model, color and features we wanted. Has anybody heard of an Inventory program for a computer. After searching the lot for more than 1/2 an hour, they finally located our car at another dealer. So we had to leave and come back about an hour later to finally get our car. All this being said, we're very happy with the car, and as I mentioned previously will be in the market for another by June. More
