SERVICE VISIT

Work was completed well. But VERY slow. Came in for an oil change. I arrived at 7 AM. I was finished with check in at 7:15. Added a service recommended at check-in. One hr la But VERY slow. Came in for an oil change. I arrived at 7 AM. I was finished with check in at 7:15. Added a service recommended at check-in. One hr later at 8:15 they came out to discuss additional recommendations - none of which I added. My vehicle wasn’t ready till after 9:30. Apparently they hadn’t even started work till after the attempted up-sell meeting. I drive over 40 minutes to this dealer. They used to offer loaners but stopped a few years ago. I have to wait. More than 2 1/2 hours for what I had done is too long that early in the morning. More
