That is very disappointing to us. I understand that you had to resign paperwork multiple times . I do appologize for this and I can assure you that this is not common. At the time of your delivery Mike had just started with us and was not familiar with some of the programs relating to the contracts but since have resolved this issue. I would like to resolve any problem you may be having with the vehicle. Please let me know when you would like to bring the vehicle in so I can have my service manager inspect it so we can make sure that everything is 100%.
