The greatest Acura Dealership! I cannot give enough stars for this stellar team. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle after an unfortunate incident at another dealership. The service team, amazing technician, Steve and Service Manager Dennis Petersen made a commitment to investige the problem and worked tirelessly to correct it. The General Manager James Slezak was involved as he had heard what the other Acura Dealership in West Palm Beach had sabotaged my car. This was all done in a short term as they were committed to getting my vehicle back on the road. As i was walking through the sales department I was greeted professionally by Eric Bennett, He saw that service was slightly busy and offered to get my paperwork started. True Teamwork! And when i asked where the restrooms were, I was walked to them, not pointed in a direction.These are the small things that make a difference. These are the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, Its worth the trip just to see them. Coggin Acura even offered me a service loaner and explained they have valet service where they will come and pick up your Acura and drop off a service loaner. This is true service! Thanks again Coggin Acura Team! You out performed yourself and made a loyal customer out of me and hopefully any Acura owner I see! Oh and did I mention Andy? "damage done to my vehicle while in for service"

I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up I failed to see a 6 foot plus dent above the doors on the passenger side that had a rub mark running through the middle of it and no scratches anywhere. It appears to have been caused by a faulty car wash. I am the only one who drives this car and always hand wash the car. It is always been parked in a safe spot. Of course they denied that their car wash did this and even if that's true I know that it happened while on their watch. I can't prove it and my problem is that I didn't notice it for 2 weeks (who looks up there? and I usually wash my car every weekend but didn't the first weekend as they had just washed it, and didn't 1 week later due to weather) So not only did they deny any responsibility for it they made things worse by basically implying that it occurred in a way that I would have known about it, but I'm blaming them to get them to pay for it. Basically calling me a liar. I'm left on my own to pay for $1500 worth of damage that I'm sure they caused but can't prove. SO I'm letting everyone know. And to be as fair as possible they did offer to discount the cost to fix it at their bodyshop. I just can't justify giving them any money to fix damage I'm convinced was caused by them. #nointegrity

Had one of the best experience with any car dealer I have ever dealt with today , The service Dept. at Goggin Honda of Ft. Pierce is fantastic ,my Service Advise Rafael Salcedo is unbelievable , very cordial and knew and answered every question very professional I had . After explain everything that had to be done to my car and giving me a quote ,we went a head with the work on the car. The work was done quicker than we thought and save me some money, I was able to go about my business for the day , knowing the job was done correctly and professionally. I would recommend Goggin Honda to everyone and if you can ask for Rafael Salcedo as your Service Adviser. I am a very happy Honda owner and today was an example why.

"Horrible Costumer Servise EVER!!!!!"

My wife and I got two brand new 2016 ILX and after two weeks withy cars the breaks started squealing. we called in to schedule the appointments we took the cars to the service department and according with the Service Advisor Mike Perez it will take them 45 min to check the breaks, After 2 hours waiting, the service person said that there was nothing WRONG with the breaks; Also that specific part is not cover in the guaranty and if i want them to be fix i will have to pay for the repairs........ 2 BRAND NEW 2016 ACURA ILX !!!!!! THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THAT PLACE

Poor customer service. Phone not answered, messages mot returned. Loaner car Not readily available which caused delay of service. Service staff seemed indifferent, disinterested. Service not what is expected from premium brand.
