I have bought multiple cars from the dealership, and the buying experience has always been great! When it comes to service, it's just not acceptable. I was basically told, yes, we do notice something isn't buying experience has always been great! When it comes to service, it's just not acceptable. I was basically told, yes, we do notice something isn't just right but since GM says everything is within specs we can't do anything about it and you will need to take it to another dealer for further evaluation. Well, this just doesn't sit well with me and I am beyond over the push them to the side mentality that seems to be happening. Also, the follow up, communication from service, and overall attitude is Poor!! More

We bought a 2025 Buick Enclave, and the buying experience was great. My car has started having issues with the display screen. I took off a day of work from my teaching job to driver 2 hours to the dealershi was great. My car has started having issues with the display screen. I took off a day of work from my teaching job to driver 2 hours to the dealership just to be told that they don't have time to look at it and I need to bring it back Tuesday and if I want a rental, I will have to pay for it. The worst part is i called yesterday afternoon and that was the appointment I was given. I HATE a dealership that won't help out and look out for customers once the deal is done!!!! More
