We bought a 2025 Buick Enclave, and the buying experience was great. My car has started having issues with the display screen. I took off a day of work from my teaching job to driver 2 hours to the dealershi was great. My car has started having issues with the display screen. I took off a day of work from my teaching job to driver 2 hours to the dealership just to be told that they don't have time to look at it and I need to bring it back Tuesday and if I want a rental, I will have to pay for it. The worst part is i called yesterday afternoon and that was the appointment I was given. I HATE a dealership that won't help out and look out for customers once the deal is done!!!! More

Buyer beware! I bought a car from them out of state that they said had no issues and passed their inspection. I asked if they knew of any issues and they said no. The first time I filled the car with gas, it smelled like gas for days after I filled the tank. I took it my local GMC dealership and the car needed a new fuel pump and gas tank that cost $8,000.
