Not Too Bad as far as car dealers go In the age of smart phones, why do dealers insist on playing their silly numbers game. The salesman initially brought me a price that was $8,000 In the age of smart phones, why do dealers insist on playing their silly numbers game. The salesman initially brought me a price that was $8,000 over their advertised price online. When I showed him the price on the phone, he tried to give me some BS about restrictions (until i read them to him). i found a different car online that i wanted and the second time, they brought me the price that matched the online price. The online price was lower than prices offered through TrueCar. The finance guy tried to add a ton of extras too, like extended warranty and a road hazard warranty. Overall, it was not a bad experience except for the long wait (3 hours). I bought a new Buick Encore and love the car and would consider buying from these guys again.....but as with any car dealer buyer beware. More
