I bought the wrong car but they worked to get the right one My salesperson was Anthony Giolia. I went in the dark and bought the first car, Anthony was very helpful. I got home and realized that I needed a bigger car. I tried to make the car work but ended up back at the dealership a couple of weeks later. I was distraught because I couldn't afford to roll over so much onto another trade. They worked for days. A lot of people got involved (I would like to mention them all but I can't). A few days later I drove off in the car I should have bought the first time (the Envision). I traded in a car that I loved (Scarlet), so it was hard for a new car to take her place. I have just christened the new car Juliette. I think I can let Scarlet go now ;). Thank you to all of you. The finance manager is a real card with a great personality. I started to buy a car at a different dealership, was insulted by the finance manager, and left. The finance manager at Coggin (Gus?) was refreshing, with a great outlook on life. I came in distraught when Anthony was off, Curtis Mock reassured me that he would work to get it resolved and directed me to the Envisions. A great team. More
