I was given a referral from a coworker that just bought a truck from this dealership and he told me that he had a good experience. So I figured I would give it a try. Alex was my sales rep. I originally was looking to purchase a truck and Alex showed me every truck under the sun but after hearing what my budget was he showed me an alternative. Leasing a vehicle was way more affordable. Alex listened to what I wanted but also opened my eyes to reality. At no time did Alex push me into buying something I didn't want or something I couldn't afford. I'm great full for his honesty and guidance. I am super pleased with my vehicle and the great experience this dealership gave me. More

When we visited here late Dec 2016, we were in the market for a used SUV and considered a GMC Acadia as an option due to our prior experience owning a When we visited here late Dec 2016, we were in the market for a used SUV and considered a GMC Acadia as an option due to our prior experience owning a GMC Yukon. We had narrowed it down to either buying a GMC Acadia or Toyota Highlander. We visited multiple dealers. As we shopped around, no one salesperson came close to comparing the customer service provided to us by Anthony Gioia. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and gave us a great description of all the benefits of owning an Acadia. Unfortunately, this dealer didn't have the GMC we were looking for (as were shopping used), but we will definitely come back here when we are in the market again and would recommend him to our friends. I must say that Anthony is the reason we bought GMC again. Thank you Anthony for investing your time on us before and after we bought our car to answer our questions and for helping us make full use of it's features. Worst Customer Service Dept, and mechanic's in Jacksonville I'm not even sure where to start. My vehicle has been in the shop over 11 times since August and the problem is still not fixed. And I'm not talking s I'm not even sure where to start. My vehicle has been in the shop over 11 times since August and the problem is still not fixed. And I'm not talking small problems. Since I took my truck in for just a simple oil change and break change my vehicle has continued to leak oil to the point it started sparking and I've had to be picked up several occasions because it was unsafe to drive.. Mind you I have a full time job and 3 children I have to drive around on a daily basis. Each and every time I took it back in it was there for at least a week. I've missed countless hours of work as I had to make arrangements for a rental, loaner, etc. No one there has ever "truly" seemed to care about my situation and the severity of it. When you walk in to the front where there are 4 or 5 desks no one will greet you, you have to basically stare at them to get their attention. I've never seen the same face more than 2 or 3 times which tells me they can't hold staff. I've dealt with 3 different Service Manager's in this time frame which again is not a good sign. They do NOT in any way communicate with each other bc over a handful of times I've been promised this and that so I once again leave work to make it there for whatever the situation was at the time and what do you know no one has a clue as to why your there, even though you've been told everything is set and ready to go as soon as you walk in ma'am.. xx.. They think because we're customers we don't know what the xxxx we're talking about and make you feel stupid and they just stare at you like basically, okay are you done yet??? I've never in my life dealt with the most unprofessional and uneducated people. They make promises they don't keep and basically give the whole I don't give a crap look to you. Every person has a different answer to your questions, again no communication. I could go on and on with all the horrible experiences I've had. I would never ever recommend anyone to this Company. The BBB have been contacted and it didn't seem to phase them so on to the next step. Worst Service Dept EVER. Stay far away if you don't want to basically throw your money in the trash and get treated like an idiot. More
