No car just a liar I saw an ad for a car. After verifying the car existed and its price with the sales person at coggins Buick in orange park Jacksonville.I travelled o I saw an ad for a car. After verifying the car existed and its price with the sales person at coggins Buick in orange park Jacksonville.I travelled over 100 miles to see it with plans to purchase it. When i got there the sales person tried to sell me another car under the pretend that only the color was different. He never had the car that was advertised and tried to trick me into buying a car worth so much less. Alex you were so wrong to lie to me. I waste a lot of time, gas and wear and tear in my son's vehicle. People run from these kind if people. More

Awesome Salesman I worked with two salesman who made the experience great, due to having an unfortunate experience. The only draw back was while making the deal there I worked with two salesman who made the experience great, due to having an unfortunate experience. The only draw back was while making the deal there was another manager working with another customer who wanted the same vehicle. The car I wanted was sold right from underneath me. Apparently the two managers who make the final deals don't share with each other that another customer was there for the same vehicle. That is very bad for customer satisfaction in my opinion. In the end, the manager I was working with was able to find me another vehicle the next day. More

Worst Dealership I have bought and leased several cars this is my first experience with GMC and it has utterly been the worst experience ever. I was given a dirty new I have bought and leased several cars this is my first experience with GMC and it has utterly been the worst experience ever. I was given a dirty new car with no gas, they cut dash and seatbelts when installing leather, the emissions tag was wrong when purchased. Today I had to deal with serve dept. For the first time which was equally as bad. It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and I was second appt. For the day, they were rude did not even bring me my car gave me the keys told me to go find it in the lot. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership it is not worth time, energy, or money. More

He sat down with me to start in order to figure out my needs for the truck and started me off with a truck that had most of the new features to get me started. He explained all of the features in detail and showed me several different trucks before we went for a test drive. After the test drive I told him which features were a must and he searched for one in the color I wanted and found it at another dealer. I called them a day later to get the truck, after that Anthony and Gus worked with me to try and get my interest rate down since I was a first time car buyer. These guys know their product and believe in it which leads to them bringing a positive environment and truly caring about their customers. More
Terrible experience with the Coggin Collision Center!!! BEWARE !!!! Do NOT take your vehicle to Coggin Collision Center if you expect to have it repaired and returned in a timely manner!!! They had my veh BEWARE !!!! Do NOT take your vehicle to Coggin Collision Center if you expect to have it repaired and returned in a timely manner!!! They had my vehicle for 4 weeks (dropped off 8/16/16) for a 5-6 day repair job!!! On 9/8/16... Day 23 in repair shop, I found out USAA was livid and that they cut off my rental car as of 8/31/16 due to excessive and unexplainable delays in the body shop. So, unless someone makes things right, it looks like I am going to be stuck with a $800+ rental bill that shouldn't cost me anything!!!! The only comment I got from the body shop rep and manager was, well if you have rental coverage, your insurance coverage should just cover it (the extended time the body shop has my car), ie - not the body shop's problem!!! From what I hear, the workmanship is good.... but geeeez, at what cost of time, money, and aggrivation!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP TO ANYONE I LIKE OR CALL A FRIEND !!!! 9/9/16 - another day... Day 24 now. Still no resolution or response/update since yesterday from Collision Center advisor or manager... 9/12/16 - Day 27, The standoff continues... Dealership management stands behind their statement that a month is a normal, reasonable amount of time for a $4,000 repair. Hmmmm, but deducting parts costs and doing the math $840 Body labor + $285 paint labor divided by hourly labor rate = about 27 hours of labor time.... 7 days by a reasonable estimate, 14 by a generous one. But apparantly they have the notion that every $1,000 of repairs = 1 week of repair time and as far as they are concerned my USAA insurance is the bad guy because USAA won't just ante up and pay for a rental for however long Coggin wishes to take to repair a car.... no matter that it sat untouched for a good two weeks while they worked on other cars. !?! 9/13/16 - Day 28: I get a call that my car is ready. Talked to USAA rep, said she talked with Body shop manager who was rude and belligerent, again offering no explanation for the 2-week delay in repair time other than "they were backed up and very busy". Without a valid reason for delayed repair, USAA denied rental extension. Repair shop manager also refused to cover the uncovered time. Went to pay my deductible by credit card, body shop refused to accept it as payment since I might dispute the charge because of the excess time. Also refused to accept a check... Cash only because "they deserve full payment for the work they did". The result: They would not allow me to pick up my car after all I've been through. I tried to see a dealer manager, but I just got shuffled from one building to another and then was told "he stepped out, but we will have him call you tomorrow..." Wow !!! Customer service is dead in the Coggin Collision Center!!! You are completely at their mercy and they will bully you until you cave and give in. 9/14/16 - 9:36am - Phone is still silent, no follow up call or further contact from anyone at Coggin. My car still sits.... excess rental car time still unresolved, You be the judge if this is good business... More
