Worth the drive! I live in Fernandina Beach, quite a distance from Coggin in Orange Park. I visited and spoke with all 3 Buick GMC dealers between home and Orange Park I live in Fernandina Beach, quite a distance from Coggin in Orange Park. I visited and spoke with all 3 Buick GMC dealers between home and Orange Park. I'm on a very tight budget with a petty tough wish list for a new car -- truly champagne taste on a beer budget. Mike Powell and Tom Vanderlind at Coggin worked with me over an extended period of time and lots of effort to put me in the car I wanted at a monthly price I can handle. I am a very happy camper! My experience was wonderful I was looking for a used car something to get me and my son around. I met with Anthony Gioia and he asked me questions about what I like in a car and I was looking for a used car something to get me and my son around. I met with Anthony Gioia and he asked me questions about what I like in a car and I told him. He showed me the car that I purchased and I fell in love with it. Don't honor price on website They have a new 2016 Terrain on their website for 22,656. It shows it has a 20% off MSRP discount. I chatted with one of their reps Kaille to make sur They have a new 2016 Terrain on their website for 22,656. It shows it has a 20% off MSRP discount. I chatted with one of their reps Kaille to make sure the vehicle was in stock before I headed to the dealership from Arlington. When I arrived I was told they have no Terrains at that price or anyone by the name of Kaille. I showed them the vehicle on their website on my phone. Tom asked me if I was sure I was on the correct website. After he brought up the vehicle himself on their website. He checked on his computer and it showed In Stock. He said he would go and try to find it. He came back and said he couldn't find it but he could sell me a different Terrain for $25,000. They don't honor the price on their website and I was made to feel as if I made the price up. I was never offered an apology for their website or for being given misinformation about it being in stock or for driving all the way from Arlington. The vehicle is still showing on their website at that price several hours after I left the dealership. I guess they don't plan on correcting it. More
