Very poor service used car Went to this dealership about 2 weeks ago to find a second used car for our family sales new was very nice but he was new so didn't know much which wa Went to this dealership about 2 weeks ago to find a second used car for our family sales new was very nice but he was new so didn't know much which wasn't his fault we had a trade in. Long story short the used car sales manager didn't even want to look at out trade our sales man came out a quote that he couldn't even explain to us they had put in our loan our trade plus the new car thank goodness I know basic math and saw that and I explained it to the sales man he sat there quietly I asked to have the manager come and explain this to us in turn he went to the office and explained to us they didn't want our trade and told us to sell our trade to another dealer and come back with money in addition to this the car we wanted was at another dealership that we were told it was no problem the car and be bought to that this dealership they were pushy on getting a car on there lot not what we wanted. I'm so sad we wasted our time at this place will never go back or recommend to anyone we went thru another dealership and got actually what we wanted More
