What a pleasant experience!! Best ever buying a vehicle! Anthony knew exactly what we wanted to purchase after questioning us for a few minutes. The whole time he was jotting down notes. He was very knowledgeable with every bell and whistle. He had Susan's contacts loaded in the system before we took the test drive, and wouldn't you know her best friend from high school called on the test drive and her picture came up on the screen, a surprise to us both. Anthony is a proud Dad and husband as he shared pictures of his wife and family with us while we were in his office. He also shared some of their homemade Christmas candy. Everything went so smooth in the deal. Had some laughs with Gus in finance. Thanks to Paula, who we know well, in service for introducing us to Anthony. More

I had a great experience. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years, and Anthony Gioia made my visit a great experience. I went to purchase just me a vehicle for me but my I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years, and Anthony Gioia made my visit a great experience. I went to purchase just me a vehicle for me but my son also purchased a vehicle as well. We were there from about 10:20 am until after 6:30 pm and it was well worth it. My Second Buick Enclave with same Salesman Mr Anthony Gioia was very informative, bent over backwards to give me a great deal. Both in Sep of 2012 with my first Enclave and now with my 2016 En Mr Anthony Gioia was very informative, bent over backwards to give me a great deal. Both in Sep of 2012 with my first Enclave and now with my 2016 Enclave. I think more so this time not only with the standard sales, but, with above and beyond things that he did not have to do. Mr Gioia helped me set my phone up, and explained all of the electronic devices up that I never would have figured out on my own, even if I had read the book 20 times. He goes out of his way now as he did the first time. Anthony is a super salesman and a great friend who is always there if I have problems. He made my experience with buying a car much more than just buying a car. Anyone can buy a car. With Anthony, he makes it a memorable experience. ignorant negative petty management 8/24/15 On August 24th., 2015 I went to Coggin Buick GMC of Orange Park to view a White Crew Cab 2015 Z71. Anthony Ferraro was available to show me t 8/24/15 On August 24th., 2015 I went to Coggin Buick GMC of Orange Park to view a White Crew Cab 2015 Z71. Anthony Ferraro was available to show me the vehicle and answer my questions. After the purchase I met with Mr. David Marzullo who set up my OnStar service and reviewed the features of my vehicle. As I was writing the cash check for the purchase I asked the manager of coggin Buick GMC of Orange Park to throw in a bed liner and I was told NO! I would think that a longstanding company as this would have the experience and intelligence to find a way to say the positive word “yes” whenever possible to a customer as opposed to the ignorant negative of “no”! Company’s should know the cost of earning a customer and this one act of “yes” would have given me a positive experience at this dealership along with something positive that I would want to share with my friends and colleagues. Foolish! If only I could turn back time. I should have gotten up and walked out! I called around to purchase an under the rail bed liner and found that they have a value of only $180.00. Such a petty amount and such an ignorant negative petty act by coggin! 8/31/15 After I sent the above letter; David Marzullo called and asked me to come in on 9/3/15 at 11:30 for them to take care of detailing the dirty truck they gave me, repairing the gashed bed rail, balancing the rough riding tires and adjusting the out of line driver rear door which may be causing the wind noise. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by David. He informed me that he had gone to bat all week for me. What? Why would you need to go to bat with management about things that I should not have to deal with on a brand new vehicle? Why would he need to “go to bat with this ignorant negative petty manager” over a damaged rail on a brand new vehicle? Why would he need to “go to bat with this ignorant negative petty manager” over rough ridding unbalanced tires on a brand new vehicle? Why would he need to “go to bat with this ignorant negative petty manager” over an out of line door and wind noise on a brand new vehicle? Why would he need to “go to bat with this ignorant negative petty manager” over a them giving me a dirty brand new vehicle? WOW! Management at this place are such xxxxxx that David has to battle them to show a cash buyer some degree of respect and do the right thing? After the letter I sent on 8/24/15; this dealer should have been ready to show me that they were just having a bad day or made a mistake and that they weren’t ignorant, negative and petty. But that wasn’t what I experienced. I left this place with nothing done as they showed me no degree of professionalism or preparedness to address these vehicle issues. I do not trust these people with my vehicle so I guess I’m stuck with the damaged, rough, noisy, dirty new vehicle that I should not have purchased from this dealership. I did not find this dealership to be honorable! I did not find this dealership to be trustworthy! I did not find professionalism at this dealership! I did not find this dealership to be open and friendly! I did not find this dealership to be a place open to negotiation! I did not find this dealership to have any concept of the golden rule! I did not find this to be a dealership I would want to do business with! I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and I can purchase any vehicle I want. This ignorant, foolish, petty and negative dealerships action made me regret this purchase and I will not ever buy from them again! Don’t be fooled by the positive testimonials on their web site! Some years ago 20 20 did a show about company’s who for a fee will post these xx testimonials on a company’s site! Try to post your testimonial on coggin’s site and you too will see there is no way for you or I to post; this shows that these are not true testimonials! If you are foolish enough to buy from here; don’t believe anything! Carefully inspect the vehicle before you buy, document everything, take pictures, make them do everything that needs to be done before you buy their trash and get everything in writing! More
