Worst Customer Service Dept, and mechanic's in Jacksonville I'm not even sure where to start. My vehicle has been in the shop over 11 times since August and the problem is still not fixed. And I'm not talking s I'm not even sure where to start. My vehicle has been in the shop over 11 times since August and the problem is still not fixed. And I'm not talking small problems. Since I took my truck in for just a simple oil change and break change my vehicle has continued to leak oil to the point it started sparking and I've had to be picked up several occasions because it was unsafe to drive.. Mind you I have a full time job and 3 children I have to drive around on a daily basis. Each and every time I took it back in it was there for at least a week. I've missed countless hours of work as I had to make arrangements for a rental, loaner, etc. No one there has ever "truly" seemed to care about my situation and the severity of it. When you walk in to the front where there are 4 or 5 desks no one will greet you, you have to basically stare at them to get their attention. I've never seen the same face more than 2 or 3 times which tells me they can't hold staff. I've dealt with 3 different Service Manager's in this time frame which again is not a good sign. They do NOT in any way communicate with each other bc over a handful of times I've been promised this and that so I once again leave work to make it there for whatever the situation was at the time and what do you know no one has a clue as to why your there, even though you've been told everything is set and ready to go as soon as you walk in ma'am.. xx.. They think because we're customers we don't know what the xxxx we're talking about and make you feel stupid and they just stare at you like basically, okay are you done yet??? I've never in my life dealt with the most unprofessional and uneducated people. They make promises they don't keep and basically give the whole I don't give a crap look to you. Every person has a different answer to your questions, again no communication. I could go on and on with all the horrible experiences I've had. I would never ever recommend anyone to this Company. The BBB have been contacted and it didn't seem to phase them so on to the next step. Worst Service Dept EVER. Stay far away if you don't want to basically throw your money in the trash and get treated like an idiot. More

When i got there the sales person tried to sell me another car under the pretend that only the color was different. He never had the car that was advertised and tried to trick me into buying a car worth so much less. Alex you were so wrong to lie to me. Awesome Salesman I worked with two salesman who made the experience great, due to having an unfortunate experience. The only draw back was while making the deal there I worked with two salesman who made the experience great, due to having an unfortunate experience. The only draw back was while making the deal there was another manager working with another customer who wanted the same vehicle. The car I wanted was sold right from underneath me. Apparently the two managers who make the final deals don't share with each other that another customer was there for the same vehicle. That is very bad for customer satisfaction in my opinion. In the end, the manager I was working with was able to find me another vehicle the next day. More

Worst Dealership I have bought and leased several cars this is my first experience with GMC and it has utterly been the worst experience ever. I was given a dirty new I have bought and leased several cars this is my first experience with GMC and it has utterly been the worst experience ever. I was given a dirty new car with no gas, they cut dash and seatbelts when installing leather, the emissions tag was wrong when purchased. Today I had to deal with serve dept. For the first time which was equally as bad. It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and I was second appt. For the day, they were rude did not even bring me my car gave me the keys told me to go find it in the lot. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership it is not worth time, energy, or money. More

He sat down with me to start in order to figure out my needs for the truck and started me off with a truck that had most of the new features to get me started. He explained all of the features in detail and showed me several different trucks before we went for a test drive. After the test drive I told him which features were a must and he searched for one in the color I wanted and found it at another dealer. I called them a day later to get the truck, after that Anthony and Gus worked with me to try and get my interest rate down since I was a first time car buyer. These guys know their product and believe in it which leads to them bringing a positive environment and truly caring about their customers. More
