After you initially declined the car wash and rejected the On Star Welcome Call, we happily proceeded to perform these tasks after you reconsidered your initial decision and we also assisted you with your intellilink system. Furthermore, we would have gladly fixed and rectified any and all issues that you had concerning you truck at the time of purchase but you expressed satisfaction with your purchase. Furthermore, we did not hear back from you until after you enjoyed your hunting trip in the woods. When you finally addressed your concerns with us, we were able to resolve many right away. It was specialist's job to communicate your concerns with us and we then worked to satisfy your needs. We value every customer and we treated you with the utmost respect. I did not express satisfaction at time of purchase as I pointed out the gash in the bed rail and foolishly accepted your promise that it would be replaced later. I did bring this vehicle back after my weekend trip to SC which I made in my Tundra and not in this truck. You had ample time to order and have available the replacement rail lining that should have been replaced by anyone with any degree of honor or integrity. Your reply message was just bs and fluff and is just what I expected from what I have seen and experienced as your normal business practice.

I have received this message from GM Corp; Email ID# T2EM03CAC (Do not delete/alter this line) ================================================== Dear Mr. Clark, I am contacting you regarding your 2015 GMC Sierra 1500, case number 8-1561917910. I understand that you have concerns with your vehicle. In order for us to assist with getting the concerns resolved, we have to allow a certified GMC dealership to inspect the concerns and then make recommendations for repairs. I am aware that you have already attempted to get the vehicle concerns resolved at Coggin Buick GMC of Orange Park and Nimnicht Buick GMC. At this time, these two dealership have declined further assistance with this vehicle. Is there another GMC dealership you would like to try and work with? You lying scum promised to detail this dirty vehicle; replace the gouged bed rail; adjust the out of line door in an attempt to correct the wind noise and balance the rough riding tires and when I arrived for my appointment you did none of these things. I paid you cash and as my check has cleared you lying scum no longer had the honesty or integrity(you may look this word that is foreign to you up in a dictionary) to keep your word and resolve the items I pointed out to you before I origionally left your dump with my purchase.
