Went in for service and ended up buying a new car. Went in to have an Enclave serviced, talked gentleman in the Service department .He called Anthony back to talk with me. I drove away in a new car. Anthony is very thorough and showed me several cars. When I decided, he was very helpful in showing all the features and being sure I was aware of all of them and how to use them.. Had to go back for more help. He was willing to assist me again and told me to feel I could come back if any further problems. This is the second time I have been there to look at cars and Anthony was the one to help both times. I would recommend your company to anyone and it is because of the service this young man gives. We were mislead by Ted Carter, the Buick 2013 encore has a 700 lb weight factor problem and we tested drive a New 2014 Buick Encore And it has the same weight problem,and that one was bottoming out too. and it has so many other problems this dealership does nothing but lie to there customers, buyers please beware, and being a Disable veteran and my wife who had cancer this is what they did to us if you ever have a problem with a car your purchase from Coggin and does not want to do any thing about it or gives you a run around you have that right to report them to BBB Auto Line More
