We showed up to the dealership after hours to look at SUV's. We found a car we were interested in and Wally took the time to help us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I never met one quite like Wally. He is top notch. He was very accommodating with things that we wanted done before, during, and after the sale. I will be buying ALL my vehicles from Wally. GM had that recall that week after we bought our Buick Enclave. The dealer called us and got our car right in to repair it. We came in all ready with a check from our bank with a good interest rate. We let them shop around and they found a better rate. All around it was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership and WALLY!!!! Thank you for the great experience!!! Well I've been a victim of the old bait and switch. I took my car to the "Geico Xpress Lane " at Coggin Buick-GMC of Orange Park to have an estimate performed after my accident. I already had a different took my car to the "Geico Xpress Lane " at Coggin Buick-GMC of Orange Park to have an estimate performed after my accident. I already had a different body shop ready but Geico's adjuster needed to see the car beforehand. Well Coggin gave me the old sales pitch, just leave the car here and we'll have it ready in 6 days, blah blah. This is important because I'm paying for a rental out of pocket. I even have it in writing that it would take 6 days. This was on 12/20. It is now 1/10 and they told me MAYBE it will be ready Monday. I will post the absolute truth on every review website and social media forum I can find. More

Mike Powell is a wonderful salesman. Thanks to Mike we now have found our lifetime dealership.
