My husband and I purchased a GMC Yukon from Coggin Buick GMC in Orange Park and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Mr. Anthony Gioia is very knowledgeable of this GM product. BUT, the following two reasons really impressed my wife and I. Mr. Anthony Gioia was sincerely concerned his clients obtain a fair as possible sales transaction and AFTER the sales is complete, Mr. Anthony Gioia is sincerely concerned with any service or performance issues with the GM product he sold us. Unfortunately a service repair had to be performed two days after I purchased a brand new GMC product. I was very concerned. Mr. Anthony Gioia made inquiries during the entire process to make absolutely sure of a smooth and pleasurable service process. Service and Parts: Ms. Stacy the Service manager to Brian the lead Duramax mechanic had this vehicle repaired and back to original without any issues. Mr. Dean Smith of parts sold me items at a fair price to maintain this GMC product's excellent condition for many miles of pleasurable driving. My history with GM's products: I have always purchased GM products up till 1976. I did not purchase another GM product until 2004. I was somewhat satisfied with this 2003 GM product, BUT not convinced GM was capable of building quality vehicles. I believe my expectations and satisfaction level with my current brand new 2012 GMC Sierra Denali 2500 HD 4x4 Duramax has elevated this level to very satisfied so far. This vehicle looks sharp. impressive, handles like and rides almost like a luxury/sports car, has every luxury item one can desire, extremely powerful 4x4 pickup, and obtains better miles per gallon then my 2003 5.3 liter gasoline engine van that I traded in. This vehicle will be towing our future RV product throughout the USA, when I retire in six months. I am quite confident this GM product with provide a very pleasurable driving experience ensuring we only have very pleasurable memories of these trips throughout the USA and Canada. We both feel we have found a very sincere GM dealership and their staff that really care about their customers for many years. More
I would definitly recommend this dealership for your next new car purchase. The dealership is very clean and everyone treated me very well. I purchased my new 2012 Verano. Anthony Gioia showed me how to use everything on the car and even took the time to pair my phone up to the car. He took the time to set up everyting on the car exactly the way I wanted it. After I had the car for a week I went back to ask him a question, because I then wanted to change a few setting and he spend another hour working with me going through all the setting on the car and rechanged it all around to the way I decided I wanted then. He was very knowledgeble and showed me things I didn't even know the car had (how you could use the voice command to control the stereo). The car comes with a high end stereo system and someone with all his knowledge to show you just what all it will do was great. Thanks again for all your help! Sincerely, Michael H. More

This person should be removed from your dealership if the dealership plan on stayin in busines very long. Mr. Donny is a very rude and unkind person to the customers. He is also heard to say that he does not care what the customers say because he does not need their business any way. Mr. Donny Brown has been seen arguing and shouting at customers. Mr. Donny would use phases like your crazy, and you are a lier, are you calling me a lier, while arguing with customers. Mr. Donny Brown has been seen by the wife and I arguing and shouting loudly, talking down to the customers at the front lobby desk of the dealership. Mr. Donny Brown told my wife and I that if we did not like what the dealership was doing during sale or what he was telling us to go talk to our lawyer because we were wrong and that he did not care because he said that he was right doing what he is doing and saying what he was saying to us. While Mr. Donny Brown was arguing with the wife and I over prices and deal that was madeby Mr. Darren on buying a used vehicle from this Coggin dealership Mr. Donny stated that if we did not want the deal we made on the vehicle that he would back it out and reverse the deal and give us back our trade vehicle. The wife and I then agreed to reversing the deal and take our trade back and call the deal a wash. Mr. Donny Brown then left the office saying I am not talking to you any more I am going to go and reverse the deal. Moment later Mr. Donny Brown returned to the office saying that this is the deal he was not going to reverse the deal because it would cost him over $2,000.00 for the paper work. He stated that the deal was made with Mr. Darren of the used car department and that he would not change the deal Mr. Donny said that we would have to talk with Darren Pearson because he could not over ride Mr.Darren work. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPEARANCE THE WIFE AND I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN AUTO DEALERSHIP THE SALE PERSONS ARE VERY DECEIVING UNTRUTHFUL TO CUSTOMER!!! More
