Everyone was professional. We dealt with both service on an issue that was a result from a different dealer. Jeremy made sure we knew what was happening at each step. Unresponsive service department. Took an entire week to get a part that was supposedly overnighted on Monday. They would say they will call you back and never call. This happened approx. 4 times during this process. Then on Thursday they offer to give me a loaner car and when I picked it up left the parking the cars gas was completely on E. I would rather walk than take my vehicle back here. More
