As of Friday, I’m still waiting for your service manager to call me back. If you know the two sons only take synthetic oil and why send me a coupon for 2995? You might have a new fancy service department, but if you cannot be acknowledge when you walk in the door and just stand there for a good 510 minutes waiting for someone to talk to you all that money you just spent doesn’t impress me at all. One of your guys just would’ve had to say welcome to our new service department. I’ll be with you in a moment. Shawn said he was gonna take that up with his department. Let’s hope he did. More
