Found my wife a car listed on website and emailed to see if available. Sales person called me back the next morning and said it was. We came to an agreement on price over the phone and told him we would be if available. Sales person called me back the next morning and said it was. We came to an agreement on price over the phone and told him we would be there that afternoon to purchase the car. I asked him if he needed a deposit and he said no, which I thought was a little odd, but ok. I messaged him that afternoon saying we were about 30 min away. He then called me and told me another dealer sold the car. Very disappointed at this point. A week later I recieved another call from the salesman stating the car was available as the previous buyer could not qualify, and asked if I was still interested, which I was. I told him we would be in tat evening to purchase the car, again no deposit required. Later that afternoon I recieved a call from the sales manager stating the car was sold and not to come down. He obviously was apologetic and asked if he could find me a similar vehicle and would call back in a couple days. That was a month ago, still waiting for a call… I’m sure you can guess if I would purchase from this dealership or not!! More
