From my first phone inquiry to the moment we drove off the lot, every person who assisted us was wonderful. At no point were we hassled or pressured. Not only were we listened to, but financially respected. We crossed paths with many helpful employees, but Juan was our primary associate. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and everyone on the finance team rose well above our expectations. best sales man at Coggin! My family and I had gotten to a car accident a month ago, long story short are car was a total loss, so our insurance said shop for a new car. We had gone to Hurley to see if we could get a bigger vehicle since our family is growing. Worst experience ever! So then we went to coggin Hyundai which we had gone before but the experience was not as pleasant that is until we came across Mr. Lee he listen to us and was non-judgmental. He gave us choices and got the best deal for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata which our prior car was the 2014! Hyundai completely redesigned it and added more safety features to it!!! My family and I were very blessed to get Lee as our sales person! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family to go there and ask for LEE!!! Lies on top of lies I have recently just bought a used vehicle from Coggin Deland Hyundai, and so far I've had a extremely displeasing experience with my purchase. I do l I have recently just bought a used vehicle from Coggin Deland Hyundai, and so far I've had a extremely displeasing experience with my purchase. I do love the car I purchase, but the customer service I have received is way below par specially after my purchase. To begin, while purchasing the vehicle I negotiated and agreed on the tag price of the car with one of the financial managers named Austin to be $8250, which would've made the out the door price be about $10,000. When Austin comes back from the sales manager office the price was still at $8519, but since he had changed some taxes figures around the "out the door price" was still about $10,000. The same night I emailed the dealership back and let them know I was not pleased with the deal, and wanted the car at the agreed tag price. The next day I got a phone call from the sales manager Mark, which told me they could not come down on the price because of how much they had "done" to the vehicle. He told me they had actually performed an "150 point inspection", and put about $760 dollars worth of work on the car. He also expressed how his used car warranty would take care of "anything to the vehicle". After hearing all that I negotiated to get free tints to the vehicle, which would've put me closer to the price I had originally negotiated. That same night I went and closed on the vehicle, and as I am driving home I realized that my alignment was really bad and pulling to the right, and my cruise control switch was not staying on. The next day I called the dealership and talked to my sales person William Martinez about the 2 issues, which he said that they could no do anything for me. He said the cruise control was not part of the warranty, and the alignment was fine when they "inspected" the car, and it was my sister's test drive that threw the alignment off. Two weeks after my purchase I took my car in to get my free tints, and this is where things got really interesting. With the tint job I also asked for the inspection report they had done on the car, which stated unfolding all the lies I was told by the sales manager and sales man. They NEVER performed an 150 point inspection of the car, and they NEVER checked the alignment of the vehicle before my purchase, and the service record only showed about $230 worth of services to the vehicle. As I explained my situation to the Service manager, he was actually kind of helpful and told me they would take a look at the alignment for me... That day my tint job was suppose to take 2 hours (so I was told over the phone), but when I got there it turned into a 4 hour job which they weren't able to get it done either way. They gave me a borrower car, and said the vehicle would be ready the next morning. I was a little upset because I live 1 hour away, so its a 2 hour trip that turned in to 4 hours, but since they told me they would take care of the alignment I didn't really get bent out of shape over it. The next day I was kind of in a hurry and just picked up the car without really taking a close look into the job they had done which I regret. On the drive home, the car was still pulling to the right, so the alignment is still off... Finally what took me over the edge and made me take time to write this report is the tint job which was done on the car. They cut the passenger window film wrong, and whoever did so filled in the space with a permanent marked to mask the problem (which I only realized when I was back home) So now I have to go on another 2 hour trip for them to fix this problem, which I am hoping will be fixed for good... Oh yeah, the funny part is, in the end the financial manager Austin told me they had overcharged me for the vehicle, which is now going to cost me below my asking price... More
