But that wasn't the case. Lee was so pleasant. He made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know and what all my options were. Also mike in finance was great as well. When they told me I had a car I was in tears. I had been told no so many times that I was just expecting to hear it again but that wasn't the car here. He was knowledgeable without being pushy; he was patient and flexible as we wavered between new and used models, and even went out in the pouring rain to bring up cars for us to test drive. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the closing of the transaction was smooth thanks to Fredy. Before we left Lee gave us a full demonstration of the features of our car and helped set up the hands free phone.
