I contacted hyundai factory rep number and they referred me to your dealership..your service personel were familiar with the defects and replaced the headlamps while I waited. Your staff is top notch.courteous and knowledgeable.. I returned the car and explained the great service I received at your dealership and talked to the general manager one of the Ritchey xxxxx at daytona hyundai and posed the question why they were unable to facilitate a warranty Repair, me being a former collision Center director for Lexus of tampa bay for over 14 years Ritchey had no answer.
