I have already been for service twice and the folks in the service department are just as human, empathetic and kind. This dealership definitely lives up to its reputation. Lee was great!! I had done a lot research before I went, so I knew what I wanted. He was careful to be sure I was aware of all my options but he never pushed me to buy something I did not want. As a first time buyer, I was not sure what to expect when it came to purchasing a vehicle. You constantly hear all of these stereotypes of car salesmen being sharks, and as a young woman, I feared I would no it came to purchasing a vehicle. He took my budget and my needs seriously and helped in finding me my dream car. The day I came to pick my car up, he surprised me with balloons, making this an amazing experience as a first time buyer. He made sure the car had a full tank of gas and even helped me in making sure I knew all of the great features my car had to offer. Working with Lee was a breeze of an experience, he greeted me at the entrance and took the time to listen why I was there that day instead of firing a bunch of questions at me. He worked quickly to get my questions answered and patiently guided me through the different channels and processes incurred with trading in and getting a new car. My father has cancer and was unable to make the trip to do all the paperwork, so Lee took me and my new car to my fat her's home , so he could see the new car and sign the necessary paperwork, which is something I would never expect from a salesperson, Because I know that their time is valuable. I would recommend highly to anyone who looking to buy a new car. They took special care of my budget needs for a monthly payment, and the warranty is second to none. This is the second purchase I have made at Deland Hyundai and both time I have been very satisfied with the outcome. Our conversations were enjoyable and he did not put any pressure on me to close a deal the first time I was there. I wanted to do some further research before making my decision and to his credit he waited for me to get back in touch with him. We actually closed the deal over the phone the next day and when I arrived later that afternoon everything was just as we had talked about, at exactly the price I agreed on. Paperwork went very smoothly and quick. Lee was very low key in his approach and patient with the process of reaching a final price. Would not hesitate to purchase my next car through him. I will also comment on Lana with warranty information and Laz in finance. Both were very thorough and extremely pleasant. Laz did an exceptional job in explaining all my options and quickly finished all the paperwork. I make some change in financing because of him and am very grateful that I did.
