I recently purchased 2 vehicles at hyundai of deland , a 2013 veloster for a friend and a 2013 elantra gt for my use . She is very knowledgable about the cars , helpful and went the extra mile for me so to speak in setting up my phone in the elantra . She showed extreme patience as I ask about everything but really have little patience myself . I came late afternoon saturday to buy my elantra and drove a few models . I owned a 2007 sonata that gave me good service and I loaned it to my daughter in law for a year to drive with my sons children as I felt it was a very safe and dependable car . I drove the sonata 2013 hybrid car and was very impressed with it as I traded a 2010 Toyota prius in for my new car . i Did not like the tan interior of that car so i decided on the elantra gt as it was more to my liking with the dark interior and the glass panoramic moon roof . I love the size , handling, economy , sportiness and looks of my new elantra gt . Diane made arrangements to get my car there from one of their other lots and had it detailed that evening . I took care of the paperwork and financing with the same gentleman that i purchased the veloster from a couple months ago and he was puzzled as he remembered my friend and my name from the previous purchase until i said that this one was for me -- he laughed as he remembered us. i drove away after their closing time and the detail man stayed late along with the owner and key people and diane to accommodate me with my new elantra . Everyone went out of their way past their quitting time for me . I've taken many friends to the Hyundai dealer to look at their cars and think that the engineering , safety and looks of their cars plus the economical price cannot be beat - Diane has become a friend of mine and she is always available and happy to help with anything i need , i cannot give her enough kudos as i know that im a very hard sell . I just had my windows tinted at deland hyundai and love the free car washes anytime i want at the dealer , the service squad is cheerful , attentive and very friendly -- all in all i feel very happy about my experience there and i guess im their biggest cheerleader -- JOHN MAILANDER JR DELTONA FLORIDA More

Before the holidays, my husband and I thought about replacing our Honda Accord (1997) which had over 215,000 miles on it. However, as I talked to people that I met driving Hyundai cars, I decided that I might give the dealership in DeLand a visit. I wasn't sure of the exact car, but I knew I wanted a sedan. So Tom Cramer, our salesman, answered our questions courteously and professionally. He allowed us to walk around the dealership surveying the various models without feeling pressured into purchasing anything. After driving the elantra, I went to several dealerships and drove similar sedans. Three visits later with Tom, I told him we were ready to talk. Once my decision was made to purchase an elantra, the process was simply. Everyone was courteous and professional. Lana Thornburg was quite knowledgeable and helpful as well. Both she and Tom called me after my purchase within the next few days to see how my car and I were doing. Which by the way was great!!!! I look forward to a long relationship with the Hyundai of DeLand dealership. More
