Over all this dealership is good. The only issue I have is about the diagnosis charge. I ordered a diagnosis test just to find out if my car is leaking oil. I was told that the diagnosis fee will be waived if I need to repair or replace something. But at the end, I spent over $1600, and their computer system didn't allow the advisor to delete the diagnosis fee all because I also have a coupon. I already told the advisor that I have a coupon to start with.. but I wasn't told that I can't use the coupon and have the diagnosis fee waived. If I knew, I would not order so many repairs. I feel like I was ripped off. More
