Dealer was able to get my vehicle fixed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was unavailable for 9 days as they had to wait several days for parts and they had no loaner vehicles. They do have a shuttle, which makes it better, but is still inconvenient. The whole week I had to depend on rides from friends and family members. In addition, when I booked my appointment online, there was a notice that said "10% off any service -- happy hour." No fine print. So I thought it was legit. This is what lured me in to the dealership, but I was told that there is a caveat - - 10% off services up to $100. This was deceptive at best, since there was no fine print on website when I booked my order. When I got my vehicle back, I was told that the mechanic attempted to reinstall one of the accessories in my vehicle and the bolt broke off. I received no compensation for the broken bolt. Despite all this, my service advisor was very kind and I think he is pleasant to deal with. More

He helped me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything extremely easy. No pressure, no games—just straightforward, honest, and professional. I would absolutely be a repeat customer, especially if working with Allen Ragunt again. I also want to recognize the sales manager, Santiago Rojas, who was really cool to work with and helped make the overall experience even better. Had a very good experience with Kristian and Santiago. They were quick to respond and very straight-forward to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy from them and Coggin-Deland again. My only nit-pick was I thought the actual pick up of the car (signing papers and everything else that is required) took just a bit too long. However, that might just be the time that is necessary. I hadn't bought a car in 23 years so maybe my expectations were unreasonable. I wish I lived in the area because my impression of Coggin-Deland is extremely positive. More
