We talked about what I was looking for, and test drove a CR-V to see what I thought of it. I found it to be comfortable, but wanted to know about its features. Even though he knew I was absolutely not buying for at least a year, Isaac spent time explaining all the features, the advantages of the new technology in it, discussed the benefits of the physical design, and explained some of the additional products I could purchase that I expressed interest in. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicle. We agreed to keep in touch monthly in case I had questions, True to his word, I received a cordial hello at the beginning of each month, as well as responses to questions and plan changes I sent from time to time. He was always professional and attentive. There are two dealerships close to my home. One is only about a fifteen minute drive. Another is about a thirty minute drive. Coggin is sixty or seventy minutes away from where I live. The extra time was not wasted. They sold me a vehicle I wanted to purchase, not inventory they wanted to eliminate. More

The gentleman who reviewed the cars features with us before driving off the lot was extremely beneficial and didn't rush us through the process. My only regret is that the dealership isn't closer to where I live. More

Isaac took the time to review all the available options in the vehicle and spent time helping in the set up of the blue tooth option. He also took the time to allow the test drive to take place on different road surfaces and speed limits. The dealership was very busy and Isaac also attended to other customers but made it a point to frequently follow-up on the status of the vehicle and where we were in the purchasing process. After I purchased the vehicle Isaac took additional time again reviewing the options to ensure I left the dealership feeling comfortable. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of mine patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. We were using Cargurus dot com to find the best deal on a new Honda CRV, after a frustrating experience with our local Gainesville Hona dealer, who is We were using Cargurus dot com to find the best deal on a new Honda CRV, after a frustrating experience with our local Gainesville Hona dealer, who is historically overpriced and genetically incapable of negotiating a fair price. We called Deland Honda and spoke directly with Ed, the General Manager, and arranged a great cash price on a car we liked. We left Gainesville at 3 PM, arrived at 5 PM, and drove off the lot in our new car at 9 PM. It was one of the easiest car purchases ever, which was important to us, because my wife has been injured 2 weeks prior when she was rear ended, and her car was totaled, so she was in no shape for the normal prolonged haggling process at most dealers. This was a pleasant car buying experience, and Isaac Z. made the whole process flow smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient thru the whole process, which put my wife, still suffering from a concussion, at ease. I have since recommended to my friends in Gainesville that they drive to Deland Honda to buy their next car, as we will certainly do. More
