Looking to buy a newer used vehicle. I went on the internet and looked at the inventory that Coggin Deland Honda had available for sale. I received a phone call from Howard asking me if I I went on the internet and looked at the inventory that Coggin Deland Honda had available for sale. I received a phone call from Howard asking me if I wanted to come in and see if he could help me find a newer vehicle. Arriving at the dealership, my husband and I saw a manager's special deal that we were interested in. Howard talked to his boss and the next thing I new we were taking a test drive. We decided that we wanted to buy the car and Howard worked with us to do so. Howard had a great personality and very easy to work with. He explained to us the process and answered all of our questions. He made this experience very easy and uncomplicated. We will definitely go back to him and buy another vehicle when it is needed. More

Poor Service Overall Set appointment by email. Asked for feedback on valve job pricing, and never heard back from them. Was called by service advisor during service that Set appointment by email. Asked for feedback on valve job pricing, and never heard back from them. Was called by service advisor during service that my rear back pads needed replacing. She said they were disk brakes. They actually are drums. She gave me an estimate that the total for my service would be around $400. Imagine the surprise when the bill was over $600 when I went to pick up my car. When challenged she said the $400 did not include the brake job. Wrong. Just awful. When seeing my disgust, she then said "I can knock off some if you want". I was in the car business for 7 years and never witnessed something like this. More

Great Customer Service I went in for an oil change and came out with a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. Howard Jones, sales rep., Tony the new cars sales manager and Mark in fina I went in for an oil change and came out with a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. Howard Jones, sales rep., Tony the new cars sales manager and Mark in financing were outstanding, very knowledgeable, owned their smile, and aimed to please my every need. This team made me feel not just like a customer but a PERSON. Talk about having patience, well I was torn between the HRV and the Civic. This team did not pressure me at all and definitely made me feel comfortable with my 4 hour decision making process. Their goal was to have a satisfied customer and they surely accomplished that. Not only did I find and test drove the ideal car for me, but my added bonus was that they found a car that was just off loaded that complimented my style and look. It was a dark burgundy car with orange specks in it. The car appeared black but when the sunlight hits it.......WOW now that's a car! I would recommend this dealership if your are looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Honda Deland! More
